01The drip menu

Six drips. One honest menu.

Every drip is prepared and given by a licensed nurse after a quick health check. Prices include the visit to your hotel, villa or boat on Phi Phi Don, and we tell you when a drip isn’t the right answer.

03Where we go

No cars on the island. We walk, or take a longtail.

Our base is in Tonsai Village, so the village and Loh Dalum are a short walk. Everywhere else on Phi Phi Don, including boats in the bay, we reach by longtail. Tell us where you are and we’ll give you an arrival time before we set off.

04Safety

Clinic standards, island setting.

  • Every drip given by a licensed Thai nurse
  • Doctor-approved treatment protocols
  • Pharmaceutical-grade ingredients from licensed Thai suppliers
  • Sterile, single-use equipment for every guest
  • Blood pressure and health screening before we start
  • Your nurse stays with you for the whole treatment

When we’ll say no to a drip

Chest pain, trouble breathing, confusion, suspected heatstroke, suspected decompression sickness or signs of alcohol poisoning need a hospital, not a drip at your hotel. Call 1669 (Thailand emergency medical services). We would rather tell you honestly than treat you unsafely.

Travelling together

Recovering as a group? Book together.

Birthday trips, dive groups, hen and stag weekends: we bring several nurses so the whole group is back on the beach by lunch. Ask for a group rate when you book 3 or more drips at the same place.

06FAQ

Questions, answered.

Not sure which drip you need, or whether you need one at all?

How quickly can you get to me?

Usually within 30–60 minutes in Tonsai Village and Loh Dalum. Long Beach, Laem Tong and boats can take a little longer. We will give you an arrival time when you message us.

Where can you treat me?

In your hotel room, bungalow, villa or on a boat. All you need is a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

How long does a drip take?

Most drips take 30–60 minutes, plus about 10 minutes for the health check and setup.

Can I have a drip if I have been drinking?

Yes, our Hangover Recovery drip is designed for the morning after. For your safety we cannot treat anyone who is still heavily intoxicated.

Is an IV drip safe?

Yes, when it is given by a qualified professional. Every treatment is given by a licensed Thai nurse following doctor-approved protocols, with sterile single-use equipment and a health check before we start.

When should I go to hospital instead?

If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, a head injury, confusion or severe pain, call 1669 (Thailand emergency medical services) or go to the nearest hospital immediately. An IV drip is not a substitute for emergency care.
